PURPOSE: An apparatus for dismounting and mounting an SIM(Subscriber Identification Module) card in a mobile communication terminal is provided to easily eject the SIM card from a safely-receiving groove by elastically fixing the SIM card to the safely-receiving groove and protruding one end of the SIM card to the outside of the safely-receiving groove when dismounting the SIM card. CONSTITUTION: A holder(103) moves forward and backward in a uniform distance from one side wall of a safely-receiving groove(101) of a lower case(100) of a mobile communication terminal. The holder(103) closely adheres to one side of an SIM card mounted in the safely-receiving groove(101), and supports the one side of the SIM card. The holder(103) covers an upper surface of the SIM card. A holder movement device connects the holder(103) to the one side wall of the safely-receiving groove(101) to elastically move forward and backward in the uniform distance. A SIM card dismounting device is contacted to a lower surface of the holder(103) for raising one end of the SIM card when the holder(103) moves backward.
