PURPOSE: Provided are a correction method and apparatus of and recoding medium for an oligonucleotide microarray using principal component analysis, thereby removing noise contained in the microarray and obtaining accurate expression intensity. CONSTITUTION: In a correction method of an outlier on an oligonucleotide microarray, it comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a correlative structure between probes of oligonucleotide microarray data using principal component analysis; and (b)correcting error probe data by reflecting the correlative structure on the outlier.
