PURPOSE: A corrosion protection method for a steel plate in a closed narrow space is provided to cut down the cost required for repair work by preventing the corrosion of a steel plate and protecting a crack in a floor slab and an inner reinforcing bar, to reduce the quantity of wastes, to reduce the traffic loss by shortening a period of construction, and to improve durability and economical efficiency by improving corrosion-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The corrosion protection method for a steel plate in a closed narrow space comprises the steps of: perforating holes on an upper flange at regular intervals in a box girder; blowing dry air to the perforated holes to remove moisture in a gap formed between an upper flange and a floor slab; converting a rust layer on the upper flange into an adiabatic rustproof film, then injecting a rust converter which converts the rust of a reinforcing bar in a crack of the floor slab into a protective film through the perforated holes; blowing dry air to the perforated hole to permeate/spread/harden the rust converter; injecting sealant through the perforated hole to protect the adiabatic rustproof film and to waterproof a crack in the floor slab; injecting a vaporizing corrosion restrainer through the perforated hole to protect a steel plate or a reinforcing bar in a space where the rust converter and the sealant is not injected; and closing up the perforated hole using a plug.
