PURPOSE: Provided is an advanced water treatment method using ozone micro bubbles with a size of 0.5 to 3 μm and floating at a speed of 0.05 m/min, thereby drastically increasing dissolved oxygen and rapidly oxidizing organic materials to reduce a time for treating wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of aerating wastewater to be treated with oxygen micro bubbles with a size of 0.5 to 3 μm in a micro bubble oxygen aeration tank(1), biologically decomposing organic materials in wastewater in a bioreactor(2) filled with small pet bottles using aerobic bacteria, and introducing ozone water containing ozone micro bubbles with a size of 0.5 to 3 μm into the wastewater, thereby treating the wastewater with ozone in an ozone contact oxidation tank(8).
