PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate strong against heat load or external force and having high adhesive strength even if an external electrode is formed and capable of realizing miniaturization and the enhancement of capacity in high order when used as a capacitor, and a capacitor using the same. SOLUTION: In a laminate consisting of an element layer 2, the reinforcing layers 3a, 3b laminated on both surfaces of the element layer and protective layers 4a, 4b further laminated on both surfaces of the reinforcing layers, the element layer is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers and metal thin film layers so as to have specific constitution and each of the reinforcing layers is formed by laminating a resin layer and a metal layer in specific constitution. |
