PURPOSE: Provided is an anticancer composition which has excellent inhibition effect on the growth of cancer cells, and excellent biostability. The composition is prepared by using food products and has anticancer effect as well as increases immunity, without adverse side effect. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer composition is characterized by comprising (a) swellfish powder which is prepared by soaking a swellfish in the washing water of rice, steaming the soaked swellfish with garlic and ginger, and followed by seasoning with salt, roasting, and drying; (b) salt, and (c) bear's gall.
