PURPOSE: A composition for a light diffusion film, a light diffusion film using the composition and a backlight for LCD and a LED lamp employing the light diffusion film are provided, to improve brightness and brightness uniformity by reducing the static electricity spot. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a binder resin; 10-500 parts by weight of a light diffusion agent; and 30-500 parts by weight of an organic solvent. The composition has a volume resistivity of 1x10¬13 Ohm·cm or less. Preferably the binder resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of poly(vinyl alcohol), ethylene vinyl copolymer, acryl-based resin, polyester-based resin, styrene-based resin, alkyd-based resin, amino-based resin, polyurethane-based resin and epoxy-based resin; and the organic solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of toluene, dichloroethane, methylethylketone, methylisobutylketone, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, xylene, cyclohexane, tetrahydrofuran, n-heptane and cellosolve acetate, and has a volume resistivity of 5x10¬12 Ohm·cm or less.
