PURPOSE: Bracket structure for assembling parts in an engine room of a vehicle is provided to prevent a pedestrian from being injured by minimizing secondary impact with moving up and down parts of the engine room in bumping the pedestrian into the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bracket system for assembling parts in an engine room is composed of a body(10) in which a spring is vertically installed and a guide groove is longitudinally formed; a first bracket(20) having a support arm(22) elastically supported by the spring and inserted to the guide groove of the body, and moving up and down along the side of the body; and a second bracket(30) fixed to the body. A fixing arm(12) is formed in the lower part of the body to fasten the lower end of the spring, and the support arm is bent perpendicularly. One end of the support arm is integrally fixed to the first bracket through the guide groove, and the other end is inserted to the upper part of the spring.
