An instrument for analyzing a dynamic behavior of a biomolecule, comprising image acquiring means for acquiring an image of at least on observation area of a biological specimen containing a biomolecule held measurably, specifying means for specifying an arbitrary point on the image acquired by the image acquiring means, locating means for locating a measurement point in a position on the specimen corresponding to the point specified by the specifying means continuously, measuring means for measuring a signal originated from dynamic information on a substance to be measured from the measurement point located by the locating means, and analyzing means for analyzing the results of the measurement by the measuring means.
