The discovery is based on the rubber elastic element, which consists of an elastic limiter (6) placed in the handle (3), mutually connected by spliters through the opening (7). The elastic element (6) is made up of the upper metal plate (1) and lower metal plate (2) where a middle metal plate (5) is placed on equal distance from the plate (1 and 2). Between the middle metal plate (5) and upper that is lower metal plate (1 and 2) rubber insertions (4) are placed and by vulcanization a elastic element (6) has been formed in a unique totality. Through the opening (7) on the upper metal plate (1) by the help of the splitters the elastic element (6) is connected for the extended carrier of the wagon stand, and so as for the whole rubber elastic element. The elastic splitter (6) is built into the system of wagon suspension taking over a part of dynamic load and unloading partially the springs. |
