PURPOSE: An ultrasonic vibration device coupled to a water tank is provided to stably transmit ultrasonic vibration to the water tank by interposing a diaphragm between the water tank and an ultrasonic vibration unit. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic vibration device coupled to a water tank(10) is composed of an ultrasonic vibration unit(20) installed below the water tank, a diaphragm(30) adhering closely to the lower surface of the water tank and coupled to the ultrasonic vibration unit, and a driving circuit unit electrically connected to the ultrasonic vibration unit and controlling the supply of power. A plurality of stud bolts(31) are fixed to the lower surface of the diaphragm.
