PURPOSE: A tether structure of an airbag system having a dual inflater is provided to prevent the injury of a passenger by controlling the spreading shape of an airbag cushion step by step. CONSTITUTION: In an airbag system having at least one tether(27) fixed to the rear(23) and front(22) of an airbag cushion(21), a plurality of seamed units(28) are formed at the tether, and are folded vertically to control the spreading shape of the airbag cushion step by step. A sewn line(29) is sewn on the seamed units, and keeps the shape of the seamed units by predetermined pressure.
