The invention refers to the production of zinc-phosphate pigments, by the reaction of zinc oxide ZnO and phosphate acid H3PO4 that is going on in two phases, so that the first phase zinc-oxide ZnO is activated by warming (cooking) in the water media on 75°C during the time of two hours, so that in the second phase it is possible to perform reactions between the activated zinc-oxide and phoshoric acid in the stechiometric ration. Technical and technological solution is characterized by: the simplicity of reaction, reduction of time of reaction for around 4-5 times and obtaining of useless products with ecological aspect. |
