PURPOSE: An air outlet molding method in an automatic food package process and a device thereof are provided to form a plurality of air outlets on a film to prevent a packing paper from tearing up with the air pressure. CONSTITUTION: Roll type film raw materials(230) are unwounded to automatically pack food. The film raw materials pass between a guide roller and a punching roller(310) having a plurality of pins(312) on the outer surface before packing the food so as to form a plurality of air outlets on the film raw materials. Film raw materials having a plurality of air outlets advance into the package process of the food. Edges of the film raw material packing the food are melt, cut and bonded using a heating cutter with packing the food automatically. In the process, the inner air is discharged through a plurality of the air outlets.
