PURPOSE: A cooling fin structure of a controller for a vehicle is provided to minimize an effect on the flow of air flowing in an air cleaner box, and to maximize the cooling efficiency of the controller. CONSTITUTION: In a controller(3) for a vehicle, a plurality of cooling fins(15) are installed at the controller, and maximize the heat exchange area of the controller. The part at which the cooling fins are installed faces to the inside of an incision part formed at one side of an air cleaner box. The cooling fins are formed along the flow direction of air flowing in the air cleaner box.
