METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING INTERNET BASED REAL-TIME DISASTER PROOF INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing the Internet based real-time disaster proof information are provided to quickly manage the collected rainfall information in real-time, and to quickly and actively meet the disaster generated in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A disaster proof information collecting system(11) measures the rainfall data through a rainfall collector(11a) by a constant unit and transmits the rainfall data to a rainfall collection PC(11c) through a plug(11b) in an RS-232C method. The disaster proof information collecting system transmits the collected rainfall data to a disaster proof information system(12) through wire/wireless Internet network by a constant time zone. A disaster proof information system server(12b) processes the collected rainfall information to various forms in order to offer the collected rainfall information to a user(13).
