PURPOSE: An in-line test equipment is provided to achieve improved accuracy of test by preventing the display panel from being deviated during scanning, while significantly reducing the test time. CONSTITUTION: An in-line test equipment comprises a transfer device, wherein the transfer device includes a guide unit having first and second guide blocks(114a,114b) opposed to each other on a scan section, a review section and an unloading section, a fixed member(120) extended from the end of the scan section to the end of the review section, and first and second movable members(122a,122b) being transferred along the fixed member; and a clamping unit(130) having a first stage(132a) arranged above the first and second movable members and which vacuum-adsorbs the display panel and reciprocates in the scan section, and a second stage(132b) which vacuum-adsorbs the display panel, reciprocates in the review section and transfers the display panel to the unloading section.
