FIELD: chemical, petrochemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a filtering material used for clearing of liquids and gases from solid impurities and may find application in the chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, automobile and other industries, where filters are used in the basic and an auxiliary processes, in ecological processes of an sewage and smoke gasses purification, at oil spills from sea tankers, oil pipelines and oil storages, as well as for the spilled oil gathering from a water surface. The filtering material is made multilayer, the inner layer of which is a tubular hosiery made of the synthetic stretchable and non- stretchable filaments; inside the tubular hosiery there is a hollow cavity and clearance between the cavity and the inner layer is filled with the comminuted rubber with the size of particles of 0,2-1.3 mm. The outer layer is also the tubular hosiery made of the synthetic stretchable and nonstretchable filaments. EFFECT: the filtering material has an increased quality of filtration during purification of liquids and gases, improved quality of a water surface clearing from the spilled petroleum, and high buoyancy on water. - dwg, 1 tbl |
