Method for milling material in energy carrier flow, comprising forming the eddy rotating flow by the energy carrier stream, creating the zones of additional vibrations in the flow, charging and milling the material, selection of milled material, characterized in that at least two fractions of milled material are selected and the streams of powder-gas mixture are collided, said streams carrying said fractions, with resulting remilling. 2. Method of milling material according to claim 1, characterized in that the angle of flow collision is selected from 80 degree to 100 degree . 3. Method of milling material according to claim 2, characterized in that the angle of flow collision is equal to 90 degree . 4. Method, according to claims 1-3, characterized in that the zones of eddy flow forming and selection of milled material and the zone of creation of additional vibrations are accommodated transversely to each other and with spacing of 1/4 of the circle of cylindrical sidewall of the milling zone. 5. Line of milling material in energy carrier flow, comprising the charging device, cylindrical milling camera, with inlet, connected with suction nozzle, and outlet, connected with discharge nozzle, and also two cavities for creation of additional vibrations, characterized in that it is provided by additional discharge nozzle, connected with the first discharge nozzle behind the milling camera in front of connection of the last with classifier. 6. Line of milling material according to claim 5, characterized in that the nozzles are connected at the angle of 80 degree -100 degree . 7. Line of milling material according to claim 6, characterized in that the nozzles are connected at the angle of 90 degree . 8. Line of milling material according to claim 5, characterized in that the inlet and outlet, and also two cavities are accommodated at right angle to each other and with spacing of 1/4 of the circle length of the sidewall of milling camera correspondingly.
