PURPOSE: A reinforced synthetic hollow block for riverbed protection is provided to secure the structural stability and efficiency for a riverbed. CONSTITUTION: The reinforced synthetic hollow block for riverbed protection comprises the steps of forming a main body by compounding synthetic external walls where reinforcing wire nets(11) are buried, coupling a cover(20) which is corresponded to the opening of the main body to close up tightly the main body, and installing a fastening bar(30) which passes through the reinforced synthetic hollow block, wherein the fastening bar(30) is provided with a male screw and a female screw to be projected outward.
