<p>An electrode device (10) capable of effectively preventing an electrode layer from being broken by reducing a stress produced therein when a recessed part is formed, comprising the recessed part (60) formed by molding and a projected part (70) upwardly projected on an outward flange part (110f), wherein the projected part (70) is disposed so as to surround the outer periphery of the recessed part (60) so that, when the recessed part (60) is formed by a cold press working, a deformation (deformation corrugated along a circumferential direction) can be prevented from occurring on the outward flange part (110f), whereby the deformation of the electrode layer (30) running on the outward flange part (110f) can also be relieved, and the electrode layer (30) can be prevented from being broken.</p> |
