PURPOSE: A wet image forming device is provided to prevent bubbles from generating when the air is discharged into a developer from a cleaning roller, thereby uniformly attaching the developer to a developing roller and preventing peripheral equipments from being stained. CONSTITUTION: An exposing unit scans light to a photo conductor for forming electrostatic latent images. A developing unit(100) develops the electrostatic latent images with a developer of a predetermined color. A transfer unit transfers the developed pictures to paper. A developing tub(160) contains a developer. A developing roller(110) is installed to face the photo conductor in a state that a part of the developing roller sinks under the developer of the developing tub. A cleaning roller(140) cleans the developer which remains on a surface of the developing roller after developing electrostatic latent images. A compressing roller(170) compresses the developing roller for discharging the air infiltrated.
