PURPOSE: A system for burning waste liquid-fuel is provided to improve combustion efficiency and to reduce pollutants by mixing water and an emulsifier with waste oil. CONSTITUTION: A system for burning waste liquid-fuel is composed of a first tank(100) storing bunker oil, waste oil, and refined oil, separately; a first heater(150) heating mixed fuel supplied from the first tank; a second tank(200) storing water and an emulsifier, separately; a second heater(250) connected to the first heater and heating the water and emulsifier supplied from the second tank; a stirrer(260) coupled to the second heater and stirring mixture discharged from the tanks; a mixer(270) connected to the stirrer and mixing the mixture; a third tank(300) storing the mixture discharged from the mixer; a second fuel supply tube(900) branched from a tube connecting the first heater with the second heater; and a burner(400) burning mixed fuel supplied from the third tank and the second fuel supply tube.
