SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD FOR UPNP-BASED NETWORK

PURPOSE: A synchronization method for a UPnP(Universal Plug and Play)-based network is provided to reduce a system composition time by automatically transmitting information between CPs(Control Points) according to the movement of a user and securing the continuity of work. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user moves to a bedroom after performing a random work in a living room, if the user pushes a movement key by a remote controller, a CP1(610) performs a role switch to a UPnP device and transmits information of a currently composed media server(620) and media renderer(630) to a network. If the user turns on power, a CP2(710) acquires information transmitted from the CP1(610) through the network and successively performs the work performed in the living room.
