PURPOSE: A water heater including a water softener is provided to use hot water regardless of an amount of using the hot water and supply the hot water in an even temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A box body consists of a plate(210) fixed to a fixing object and a cover having a control panel with covering with the plate. A water heater heats water provided through an electric inhalation valve(610) connected to the box body. A salt shell(300) is installed at a water softener(400) to recover an ion exchange resin with a salt. The hot water from the water heater is introduced into the salt shell to change the state of water with the ion exchange resin. The soft water is discharged through an electric discharge valve(620) to a shower.
