A method of manufacturing a bag with a mouth part capable of preventing a defective seal such as pin holes from occurring in a portion where the mouth part is fitted to a bag body, comprising the steps of inserting at least one mouth part forming device or a round bar (4) into the opening part (4a) of the bag body (2) formed with laminate film, surrounding the opening part including the round bar (4) by metal molds (10, 11) having mouth part forming spaces (10a, 11a), and filling resin into the mouth part forming spaces (10a, 11a) of the metal molds, whereby the mouth part (3) having at least one filling port (3a) is formed integrally with the front surface of the bag body (2). |
