A packet based computer internet protocol network data traffic simulation system has a server simulating the processing of answers to clients by collecting data packets for different clients (1, 2, n) together into each time slot (T1 - T4) and sending them to an operating system protocol stack with Pareto distribution request rate using the average data rate as an input parameter.
