PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent display device is provided to reduce a brightness difference in a pixel region and increase an aperture ratio by reducing the reflective light of metal electrodes. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent display device includes a substrate(21), a plurality of pixel electrodes(32), one or more thin film transistors(110), and a plurality of driving lines. The pixel electrodes(32) are formed by depositing a predetermined organic layer(31) on an upper surface of the substrate(21). The thin film transistors(110) are used for supplying selectively voltages to the pixel electrodes(32). The driving lines are used for driving the thin film transistors(110). An edge of the pixel electrode(110) is formed by laminating the driving lines and the insulating layers.
