FIELD: construction engineering; manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes side members, ridge-forming side members and ridge-forming members of cassette bottom. Rigidly secured on flange are matrix and poring gate for injection of definite dose of liquid polymer under pressure into mold. Punch is also rigidly secured on flange. Plate with pushers rigidly secured on it is set in reciprocating motion by means of tai-piece fitted in flange. EFFECT: improved quality and enhanced reliability of parts. 7 dwg |
