FIELD: construction industry, erection of residential, industrial and public buildings and structures of various assignment. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of three-layer panel provides for fabrication of upper extreme and intermediate layers in two stages in horizontal position, of extreme lower and intermediate layers at same time with separation of light concrete mixture carrying porous coarse filling agents with vibration and of upper extreme layer by application of grouting mixture on intermediate layer. Above-mentioned light concrete mixture should be porous, vibration is applied at moment of start of intensive swelling of this mixture laid over lining laid in mould in advance. Mixture of following composition is used in process, per cent by mass: expanded clay aggregate 54.32; Portland cement 14.20-14.41; quartz sand, (fraction 0.14-0.63 mm) 21.5-21.76; superplasticizer 0.10-0.19, aluminum powder 0.05-0.10, water being the balance.
