PURPOSE: A system for making a transparent element using the network is provided to make an emitting element for lighting of a form inputted from a customer by directly inputting the desired light emitting element through the network and coating an electrode or a fluorescent material according to the input information through an ink jet printer controlled by a computer. CONSTITUTION: The customer inputs a size and a shape of a lamp to software controlling a picture or a text through the network. The size of a substrate is decided by the inputted information and the electrode is printed according to the inputted shape. The printed electrode is sintered after removing an organic solvent. A dielectric material is deposited on the substrate. The fluorescent material is vacuum-deposited on the dielectric material. The dielectric material is deposited on the fluorescent material. A transparent electrode layer is formed on the dielectric material. A protect film is formed on the transparent electrode layer. A driving circuit is attached on the completed element and is delivered to the customer.
