The invention relates to a method for enabling a second computer (Client) to access card data pertaining to a first computer (Server) wherein card data is sub-divided into sub-card data (page frames). A side-length of the sub-card is many times the length of the side of a display region of said card data stored on the second computer. As soon as the display region of the second computer indicates card data which is not saved on the second computer, a new sub-card is loaded from the first computer onto the second computer.
