PURPOSE: Provided is an equipment of making a wide groove conveniently at one side of a cylindrical rod part material to make an on/off pin of gas. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises: a fixed mould(42) with a fixed protruding part(43); a moving mould(44) with a moving protruding part(45) at the plate side toward the fixed protruding part(43) which is located with separation of radius size of the rod material part and movable in one direction against the fixed mould(42); and the fixed and movable protruding parts having horizontal axis line at their top parts and the bottom parts having downward inclination as they move in the moving direction of the moving protruding part(45).
