PURPOSE: A method for controlling a fuel injection of a vehicle engine is provided to achieve right ignition of an engine by increasing the amount of fuel and decreasing the amount of air to be injected into the engine in a region having low atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: When a power is applied to a vehicle, it is determined whether an engine ignition mode is satisfied(S100). If the engine ignition mode is satisfied, it is determined whether an engine ignition is carried out in a high place(S110). If the engine ignition is carried out in the high place, a fuel injection control signal is outputted depending on a first injector driving correction and a first ISC opening degree correction(S120). Then, it is determined whether the engine is ignited. The engine ignition is decided if an engine R.P.M exceeds a predetermined reference level(S140). After that, a re-ignition number is reset to return to a main routine.
