PURPOSE: An oil supplied to a cylinder block of engine is supplied with a filtered pure oil when the engine is in a low speed and the rpm is high in a starting time of the engine or inclined road driving. CONSTITUTION: An oil filter(1) receives oil from an oil pump(2), filters the oil and supplies it to an oil supply line(3). A first bypass line(4) is installed in one side of the oil filter. A reservoir tank(5) is installed in an end of the first bypass line. The first bypass lines bypasses an oil pressure when the introduced oil pressure is above a certain limit. A second bypass line(6) connects the oil supply line with the reservoir tank to bypass a part of the filtered oil to the reservoir tank. A third bypass line(8) connects the reservoir tank with the oil supply line to supply filtered oil to a cylinder block in a high rpm.
