PURPOSE: Provided is a pouch filled with the food powder into which warm or cold water is simply added and the food is taken as a substitute meal at any place. The remaining food is saved and stored easily by the zipper lock for next use. CONSTITUTION: The structure of the pouch comprises an entrance part(40) at the top of the opening/closing means which is composed of zipper lock(30); a main exit part(60) which opens when the pouch is torn along the tearing line groove(50) and 3-5 layered films(20) comprising the pouch with mixing function.
