PURPOSE: A solar energy collecting apparatus is provided to properly supplying a solar energy while reducing maintenance cost by adjusting an amount of the solar energy to be collected. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy collecting apparatus(1) includes a heat collecting plate(2). An upper reflection plate(3a) is fixed to an upper end of the heat collecting plate(2) while forming a predetermined angle therebetween. A lower reflection plate(3b) is rotatably coupled to a lower end of the heat collecting plate(2) by means of a hinge(17). A plurality of driving sections(4) is provided under the heat collecting plate(2) and the lower reflection plate(3b). The heat collecting plate(2) includes a heat suction plate, an insulation plate and a transparent cover.
