PURPOSE: Provided are a carrier containing titanium dioxide for treating bad smells and volatile organic compounds, and a carrier system by using thereof, which is able to neutralize water changed to be acidic while passing through the carrier layer. CONSTITUTION: The carrier containing titanium dioxide for treating bad smells and volatile organic compounds comprises 40-50 parts by weight of SiO2, 40-60 parts by weight of CaO, 2-5 parts by weight of carbon and 80-90 parts by weight of fly ash. In a carrier system for treating bad smells and volatile organic compounds consisting of an upper part layer, an intermediate layer and a lower part layer, the upper part layer, where contaminated air is introduced and water is intermittently sprayed, has a window for receiving sunlight and comprises 40-50 parts by weight of SiO2, 20-30 parts by weight of CaO, 2-5 parts by weight of carbon, 80-90 parts by weight of fly ash and 20-30 parts by weight of TiO2, the intermediate layer is a general organic and inorganic complex carrier and comprises 40-50 parts by weight of SiO2, 20-30 parts by weight of CaO, 2-5 parts by weight of carbon and 80-90 parts by weight of fly ash on the lower part layer, which is able to neutralize the water changed to be acidic while passing through the carrier layer, comprises 40-50 parts by weight of SiO2, 40-60 parts by weight of CaO, 2-5 parts by weight of carbon and 80-90 parts by weight of fly ash.
