RAPID BIOASSAY SYSTEM FOR ETHYLENE RESPONSE USING IN-ROLLING OF PETALS AND ANALYSIS METHOD USING THE SAME SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A rapid bioassay system for an ethylene response using in-rolling of petals and an analysis method using the same system are provided, thereby rapidly assaying the activity of an aging inhibitor within 6 to 7.5 hours by using a slope of graph. CONSTITUTION: A rapid bioassay system for an ethylene response using in-rolling of petals comprises (1) a portion for stimulating the in-rolling of petals on purpose by treating a specific tissue of a plant with ethylene and an aging inhibitor; (2) a portion for maintaining the treatment temperature; (3) a portion for relieving the temperature difference between a treatment device and its surroundings; (4) a portion for inputting image picturing the in-rolling of petals at regular intervals; and (5) a portion for storing and analyzing the input images.
