The tomogram for a target object (O) is photographed. The subsequent tomogram (S1 - S12) position which are to be photographed, are determined with respect to a standard time using layer position marks (M1 - M6) in a displayed group paramorph (R,R1 - R6)). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) tomogram image pickup control apparatus; and (2) tomogram image pickup apparatus.
