PURPOSE: A warning apparatus for opening of a rear door in a bus is provided to prevent accidents, and to improve safety in getting down from the bus by displaying opening of the rear door to the following vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A warning device of rear door opening for a bus comprises a control unit(200) placed in a vehicle body and moved by a first elastic body(210) according to opening or closing of a rear door(100); a display part(300) placed in the end of the vehicle body, hinge-combined with the vehicle body with first and second links(310,320), and composed of a display unit(330) for the rear part; a second elastic body(400) combined between an assembling part of the first link and the vehicle body; and a cable(500) combined between an assembling part of the second link and the control unit to turn the display part. Accidents are prevented by displaying opening of the rear door to the following vehicles in getting off.
