<p>The invention relates to a method of obtaining a buffered hypertonic solution and the solution thus obtained, said solution being of the type of saline solutions with a constant pH which can be used in therapeutics. The inventive method consists in adding phosphoric acid (3) and sodium hydroxide (4) to deionised water (2) in a reactor (1), simultaneously but at different speeds, thereby producing an aqueous solution of disodium phosphate and monosodium phosphate in a proportion of 1:2 in said solution.</p> |
