The transport trolley may be used to carry a small pet dog or a cat. It has a basket (2) near bottom of a shaft (1) with a group of three wheels. There are two rear wheels (110) on the ends of an axle (11) and a front wheel (120) on the end of a curved arm (13). There is a handle (10) at the top of the shaft with a brake lever (3) connected to a rod (30) actuating brakes on the rear wheels.
