A PRIMING COAT FOR THE PROTECTION OF METAL AND CONCRETE SURFACES

摘要

A priming coat for the protection of metal and concrete surfaces contains bitumen, butyl rubber, corrosion inhibitor and solvent. As corrosion inhibitor it contains a mixture of 60 % tall pitch, 30 % of catalysate reforming and 10 % of kerosene, as solvent it contains petroleum solvent or mixture of kerosene and petroleum solvent at a ratio of 1:3, as butyl rubber it contains waste of technological process of preparing and technological treatment of rubber mixture for chambers and diaphragms or production waste of stages of butyl rubber synthesis, which are substandard butyl rubber or mixture of 82 % by weight of substandard butyl rubber and 18 % by weight of grinding dust of waste of mechanical treatment of asbestos friction articles.
