Fluid flowmeter of the oscillating piston type has a piston that oscillates within a cylinder under the action of a fluid flow. The piston has a lower nipple that rotates around a pin (28) integral with the base (1) of the cylinder. The pin has a guidance element that allows displacement of the nipple relative to the pin. The guidance element is comprised of a cylindrical roller (6A) mounted on the pin and being deformable under lateral pressure due to flexible blades (20).
