<p>A method for fabricating a reactor is disclosed. The method includes a) respectively preparing a compound and a second high polymer resin, the compound being produced by mixing a magnetic powder of a certain size with a first high polymer resin at a constant ratio, and the second high polymer resin having certain viscosity, b) molding the compound into the core, c) molding the core into the case by injecting the second high polymer resin on an outer surface of the core, and d) winding a coil on the surface of the case. The method can facilitate the fabricating process and enable mass production.</p> |
