An isolation material for hormone disrupting substances, comprising a polymer molding support carrying an anti-hormone-disrupting-substance antibody which is covalent bond linked through a graft chain to the polymer molding support. The isolation material for hormone disrupting substances is capable of isolating hormone disrupting substances selectively and efficiently. Further, there are provided a method of concentrating hormone disrupting substances selectively, efficiently and in high ratio and a method of effecting clean-up of hormone disrupting substances.
