PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic water draining system for a water purifier, the system being capable of automatically and easily draining wastewater from a water purifier and having a simplified structure. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a tray(20) for storing wastewater in a water purifier, a water level sensor(22) installed to the tray(20) for detecting water level of the tray(20), a withdrawal pump(30) connected to a side of the tray(20) via a first pipe(32) for pumping out wastewater in the tray(20) and to a membrane(70) purifying water via a second pipe(34), and a controller(50) for controlling operation of the withdrawal pump(30) and a purification pump(40), wherein the withdrawal pump(30) has a three-way valve(38) connected to the first and second pipes(32, 34) and a drain pipe(36) and drains the wastewater from the tray(20) and the membrane(70) through the drain pipe(36).
