PURPOSE: A carbon heating plate and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce a fabricating process and a fabricating period and enhance the productivity by fabricating the carbon heating plate. CONSTITUTION: A carbon heating plate includes a bottom plate(10) and an upper plate(20). A plurality of coils(14) and a plurality of carbon bodies(12) are arranged in a predetermined interval on the bottom plate(10). The coils(14) are used for receiving the electric power. The carbon bodies(12) are used for converting the electric energy to the heat energy. An adhesive material(22) is coated on a bottom face of the upper plate(20). The adhesive material(22) is used for adhering the bottom face of the upper plate(20) on the bottom substrate(10).
