The invention relates to pharmaceutical preparations for oral administration , said preparations containing at least one active ingredient which is bound t o an ion exchanger. The inventive preparations also contain an intrinsically viscous gelling agent as a thickening agent in order to improve their physic al stability and acceptance, especially by animals.
